Johns Hopkins University is officially adopting CollegeNET’s 25Live as our universitywide academic and event scheduling platform. In partnership with SSEI, University Information Systems, and campus partners, the Office of the University Registrar is implementing 25Live across the university in phases. The new Hopkins Bloomberg Center in Washington, DC., the School of Nursing, the Carey Business School, and the Imagine Center on the Homewood Campus are currently utilizing 25Live for scheduling classes and events. Phase II is focused on implementing 25Live at the remaining schools with a target date of early Summer 2024.

Phase 2 is in progress with academic and event scheduling live at all schools in summer 2024. Reservations for all academic and event spaces including Athletics, the Rec Center, and the Libraries’ group study rooms will be made in the 25Live system.
