The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is responsible for the stewardship of academic records. All JHU students use SIS Self-Service to view information on file with the University, including their personal information, course schedule, grades, alerts, academic team/advisors, SEAM support cases, billing details, and financial information.

Diplomas
The OUR facilitates the ordering and distribution of hard copy and electronic diplomas.
Incomplete Grades
Students who experience extenuating circumstances that prevent them from completing coursework within a given term may request an Incomplete (I) grade from their instructor using SIS Self-Service.
Personal Information
Johns Hopkins University provides currently enrolled students with the ability to change their personal information on file in university systems.
Transcripts
Official electronic and paper Transcripts can be ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), an authorized agent of Johns Hopkins University.
